SKY ENERGY to Supply Electricity to Klaipėdos Nafta for a Second Consecutive Year

2011-09-26

The independent electricity supplier SKY ENERGY has extended its electricity supply agreement with Klaipėdos Nafta AB. The agreement was extended with the mutual agreement of both parties. The agreement was first signed a year ago after SKY ENERGY won the public procurement contract for electricity supply tendered by Klaipėdos Nafta AB. The extension of the agreement means that within one year Klaipėdos Nafta AB will utilise nearly 18 million kW h of electricity.

“We value mutual trust. We are able to ensure good terms of cooperation to such clients as Klaipėdos Nafta AB, not only for today but also for the long-term,” said Evaldas Piesliakas, the Director General of the company. “The past year has been particularly successful for our company, attracting companies such as Klaipėdos Nafta AB, Vilnius International Airport, and Eika as clients, all of whom are large consumers of electricity. We are planning to continue expanding our client portfolio by continuing to offer competitive electricity prices.”

The extended agreement will come into effect on 19 September 2011. The value of the agreement amounts to 3 million litas.
